Severe Health Notes 2

wa the reactions from that post very 0.0~!!! from many people sia.

k that one i got from forwarded email, so don't get too freaked out..

but it is true that we should practise not drinking ice-cold water during meal time.. cos got this taiwanese doctor say before somewhere on documentary or news ar.. she say we should not have ice-cold stuffs along with meals, cos it will numb our stomach, and due to this numbing effect, she either said:

1. the stomach will be numbed and produce too much stomach acid to digest the food, which in turn will be harmful to the stomach OR
2. the stomach will be numbed and not produce enough stomach acid to digest the food which in turn may cause indigestion

#2 sounds more correct leh. never mind la, either way, its harmful. i tried the effect of #1 and khryz and my mum tried #2, and khryz was sometimes having diarhea and sometimes having constipation due to this =/

so don't freak out some much over that cancer thingy la. but do try and rectify this habit especially since singapore is hot hot hot all year round, it is very likely many of us would do this =] that advice was given by that taiwan doctor cause that time summer there, then she advice people not to have those wad mango ice, red bean ice along with meals to rid off heat =]

the explanations in between given by me, oh please please please, i m not a doctor, so please dont take it whole sail. the main point that u gotta noe is juz:

Avoid Consuming Cold Food & Drinks during meal time. Period. xP
