The Last Test of Poly Life

the marketing 3rd year students had our last test paper in our 3 years of poly life yesterday.
had two paper ytd actually, but the last one, global marketing, is damn surreal LOL.

there's 10 minutes reading time before the paper start, so about 90% of the students seated quite early, since we tot the test is 2pm instead of 2.30pm.

2.20pm mr paul ng and mr gary lin gave out the papers, n reading time will be till 2.30pm.

everyone flip open first page, the whole hall laughing LOL. half the hall whispers WTF until it dun sound like a whisper.

after the first half an hour, students are allowed to hand up the papers, and those late comers are not allowed in anymore. many people were more than glad to hand up LOL. usually the teacher would flip open and check for any questions missed out, and so they did, and shaked head, and laugh. LOL~!

i left the hall at 3.05pm, i was so god damn surprise to see people like yi ting, ivanna and serene already sitting outside the hall chatting la! LOL. that shows, the paper is really tough.

and the best thing is, everyone laughing about the paper LOL. usually when the paper dun goes well, people would lament and kpkb outside the hall, especially ting =x hahaha i heard she refuse to talk the whole day when she blanked a 20 marks question during strategic marketing paper; but she's with me laughing about the global marketing paper lor! [but she passed the strategic marketing paper anyways, cos many ppl oso blanked that question, so that paper was moderated HAHA. wadz with papers these days man LOL.]

the first word that we see when we open the test paper already all buang lor LOL. ethnocentric polycentric geocentric orientation LOL.

and all the tips given in the revision lecture did not come out =_=

LOL. damn funny paper la.

but of course, all those stuffs were in the notes, no less; probably its cos there's 2 tests that day, and there was also a report submission on the same day, that's why many not prepared ba. LOL.

but its a sure fukin funny way to end a 3 year's course..
ting's version on this matter

oh ya. the best part is, we just realised that my groupmate faith is not in our class for integrated marketing project 2, after we had submitted our report 2 weeks ago and finishing up the semester in 2 weeks LOL.

cos ytd, i called jane to ask if she's coming to imp tutorial, then she told me both claris and her is not coming. so i called faith, she said she's coming, but she got calculus tutorial at 9am - 11am 0.0 but the almighty computer system would not be so dumb to give her doubled timetable wad. our imp is at 10am..

after the last test of the day, we were sitting together, waiting for bubuzai aka sean to meet me go tea, then faith checked her timetable again, then realise that her class is actually tuesday, which means, she is not in our tutorial group for that subject! O.O

ultimate..

cos for imp, the project quite light, and many of the things could be adapted from global marketing's project, so we didnt meet much to discuss it, but juz do lor. then we never talked much about it de -.- den the tutorials only like 3 or 4 tutorials, of which the teacher on course for one, and yesterday is the last one, so we didnt really notice something amiss. and besides, she often overslept and miss lessons.. cos she stays boonlay, and she usually stays up late late to do things for project and work.

but i guess Mr Philip Siow would be kind enough to allow it ba, after all she DID done the project liao lor lolx.

oh wells.

after all that ruckus, me and bu went to bugis to have dinner, and met with amos; then me sent bu to work at my previous workplace: shunjuu sumiyaki restaurant somewhere near double O. the place used to look gloomy cos robertson quay was having some renovation works and development for this new entertainment area and condo. but now WoW. its so lively, so many new restaurants and chill out places.

visited my manager belinda and chatted with her, she felt that i should go try join SIA since i dun want to further my studies, cos it would be a great experience for me. then my reason for not joining: i dunno how to swim, and i dun wanna die with only a empty coffin. =P

the boss of shunjuu, chen yen, opened a new restaurant at gallery hotel, Satsuma. shunjuu was known not only for its sumiyaki dishes, but also its range of sake and shochu. but now Satsuma is even betta, its specialisation is Sake and Shochu, but there is the kitchen too, with a new menu too ^^ heard from the TV show by Dasmond Koh that it has the widest range of sake and shochu in the area.. that area has like a jap restaurant every few steps u take lor. *shake head*

yumi aka mimi-san was promoted from captain at shunjuu to manager at satsuma ^-^
mimi-san ask me if i wanna go back and work with them, i say as long as not with emily i might consider =x LOL. guess they really need staff now ba, that day when i message chen yen to congrats her for her new shop, she also asked me the same question. haiz we'll see.

then went back to bugis junction to meet amos, walked around, had the parklane wanton mee which is not as nice as the original branch at near prinsep there the building, and wandered to takashimaya cos amos wanna buy a James Patterson book which is not available at kino bugis.. i was grumbling all the way, cos i wanted to go bugis village, and not going to orchard in that kinda weather =.= [k contradicting.] but okie la, amos got me my Love Eternally by Deborah Wright which was not available in kino bugis the last time i went to find, and we had peach yoghurt smoothie for me and rosebud tea for him [o.o]at coffee club, while waiting for his mum.

okie la. loved yesterday loads ^-^
