Handicapped.

damn for the past few days, my mouse spoilt.. i felt so handicapped.

u would be surprised of the inconvenience man..

i was trying my best to use my keyboard to navigate.. wow fuk sia. damn fuk up.

i m blocked from entering my own blog due to the threshold i built with my own FingErs.. cos my navigations are to click on the:

and this muz b done with a cursor. damn cant even tab tab tab my way there!!!

thus i was blocked from entering my OWN bLOg to read msgs left in the tagboard. tmd.

so i was fed up, i chg the template muahahahaha~! i was very lucky, i m able to tab tab tab my way thru the blogger site into the template field to chg my skin to the simplest Blogspot skins..

this is the blogskin which i used at that time.. man.. all the click-a-bles and links tt u see.. tmd.. i have to tab tab tab my way pass evry single one of them.. so tt i can get to the field or clickable tt i wan..

but folks.. blogspot is not the most un-mouse-handicap-frenly website k..
from my ex-mouse-handicap point of view, i've picked out 3 webbies which are most un-mouse-handicap-frenly.. thou shalt remWAamBer U~!!!

#1: Baidu mp3 search engine
wa tmd.. look at all the clickables!!! omg.. other than the obvious linklink-clickables, the song titles, the singer's name, the lyrics, the etc etc etc etc etc which somehow clickable n leads somewhere.. i muz tab tab tab my way pass them~!!! its totally nuts.. worse than tt time voting for jacqueline on the i-weekly website lolx..

wa nb.. saw tt?! 30 search results k.. not including advertisements, side-links, functions etc etc, juz the search results itself k.. 30 *tabs* song title.. 30 *tabs* singer name.. 30 *tabs* lyrics.. etc etc.. *faintx upon the mere recollection of the experience of tabbing pass these shits..* wadz worse is i cannt go backwards.. meaning if i at the middle of the page, i cant get back up to the search command form.. so i hav to tab tab tab my way aLLLLLLLLL the way down thru the functions, side bar adz, side-links, search results etc etc etc to get to the search command form to type the song title. n if i happen to tab too happily and missed it, ttz it. all over again.

#2. whoa. this is tmd classic case of [[Kiang Tio Ho~ mAI gEi KianG.]]
the winner for this is... *drumroll* *tiAnG* photobucket. _-_zZz..

the forms for submitting pictures is damn kl wan lor. tmd. i finally tab tab tab my way to the browse picture button, then i click enter. then this super gei kiang webbie go submit picture instead. harlo, i haven eben browse leh submit similan.. den not like the highlight thingy is juz at the submit button lor.. i already laboriously tab tab tab my way to the browse button liao lor.. piangz.. haix.

den nvm. u see the one by one already uploaded pics.. knn.. each pic got 3 functional buttons, one pic link, and 3 html forms. in every page, there are 20 pictures.. wa tmd.. i have to tab tab tab my way past all thEEEeeeeEEEeeSSSSSSSSSSSeeeee to get back to the form if i ever tab past the function on the submission form lor! bth..

#3. nb this one actually i dun like the most. but impression not so deep. so aiya, shld be degree of harm caused not deep ttz y. Hotmail.

nb this one super many things for me to tab tab tab pass oso. but wadz worse is often, when i tab tab tab by rite when i tab tio that clickable, it shld have a dotted line or something around it to indicate tat it is my selection ma, but hotmail no have. so i have to look at the status bar to see i tab tio where liao. usually for other sites, i can see easily from the status bar wHeRe is My sTaTuS; but this nehneh de hotmail.. the permalinks shown in the status bar is so ambiguous.. T.T i totally catch no ball from one to another..

look this one, my cursor is pointing to "reply", and the status bar shows gibberish ambiguous language! n wadz best, not a part of this shit shows tt i m at "reply". none of the word looks like reply..

worse than having to distinguish wadeva kuku processes on the taskmanager..

therefore, although i m allowed to tab tab tab my way around, but i juz tab no ball la.. so pretty pissed oso.. haix.

haiyo.. being mouseless is juz a minor handicap lor.. recently i got in contact with this fren from secondary sch who is visually handicap.. she has weak sight. guess wad? i found her through frenster, and she's able to type a full length mail back to me! so being curious.. i asked her how she managed to do that since she even requires a magnifying glass to do homework back then.. i tot she has recovered.. here's wad she replied me:

pardon me asking this.. erm, how do u type and add scripts to ur webpage and read from the computer?
Ohh... I use the window XP magnifier to read when i type on the keyboard. and when it comes to reading things on the screen, i may use my own hand-held magnifier. There is oso a talking software called 'JAWS' which is for the visually handicapped pple... It will read to u whatever is on the screen and what u type... i seldom use it cos i think i still can cope with my magnifier and the xp magnifier as well... haha moreover i dont really understand some of the things JAWS will pronounced. (: The coputer is the same as all sighted person, only thing the vh may use certain specialise software which helps them read out!!! -.-

wow look.. she takes so much trouble to be able to do what i m doing.. n here i m whining about this slight trivial of a mere slight temporary inconvenience.. *guilty*

but hey, i still tink probably all web designers shld go try out this mouse-handicap, so that we can develop webbies which are more user frenly! afterall, keyboard shortcut navigations are more often than not saves much time =D

[[i started this post at 3.38am.. but ended now at 6.07am.. pengZ..

due to distractions which sets in whenever i open another window to collect some info or screen shots..

then i notice something else.. den i click on the clickable which brings me else where..

n MSN messenger played its part too ^^

so.. awww lolx by rite i still have 5 more posts to update, which i already planned in point forms in notepad..

and one butterfly-dance blogskin for Leaf..

haix.. i could continue..

but i muz fulfill my promise to my cookie..

he was me to try to tune back n slp like a normal person o.0

so.. well 6am is an improvement from the 8+ or 9+ or not at all days ya? ^^

[****oso, at this point in time, i suddenly accidentally realise tt.. photobucket photo hosting.. actually the picture when u load mite not come out properly leh. like juz now i lazy to load the pics one by one into this post, so i load them fast fast into the photobucket, then when i load it out here.. the details in the image is goyak wan lor! u see the blogskin pic rite.. the wadeva words in the pic is still pretty clear though small, the same pic which i loaded with photobucket was sibei jialat la! the wordie details are so distorted.. so i mite consider using blogger to host my pics nex time.. the method is damn simple de.. juz load ur pic onto a blog post, den click the edit html, then u copy the tag of ur pic can liaox.. oh tmd. this sux.. takes tmd long time leh.. nvm. quality matters..****]
